The Youth Policy For the Healthy Young People
¿ÀÇöÀç/Oh, Hyun Jai
Abstract
The youth can be brought up healthily and protected by sound families, schools and scoiety. However, recently in our country all kinds of social evils caused by drastic economic growth have appeared gradually. These social evils have also influenced both families and schools in the same direction. Therefore, families, schools and scoiety did not play their own roles to form the right character of the youth.
Accordingly, nowadays juvenile delinquency has brought about more serious social problems with the tendency of becoming more violent, organized, and low-aged. These led to the necessity of establishing countermeasures.
On this reason, the government has enacted and enforced the Youth protection Law in order to regulate legally the harmful environments which are main factors for youth delinquency : in other words, to guarantee the regulations of circulating harmful media(films, broadcasts, pereformances, information & communication, publications, advertisements etc), the regulations of circulating drugs(alcohol, tobacco, bond, butane gas, etc), and the prohibition of youth employment and entrance in harmful place.
Here, in order to make the earlier settlement of the Youth Protection Law, I would like to introduce its important contents, and to talk about all kinds of current harmful environments connected with juvenile delinquency, the measures of Ministries related to the youth protection, and so forth.
